Who I am

FirmPrice is built and run by an independent software developer based in Umeå, Sweden. You can reach me by replying to any email I've sent you, or via the address in that email.

If I emailed you

I write to a small number of trades businesses whose public websites suggest my tool could save them time. Your name and business email were taken from your own website or public business listing. The legal basis is legitimate interest (UK GDPR / GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): a relevant, one-to-one business offer to a limited company. I keep a simple record of who I've contacted so I don't contact you twice.

If you don't want to hear from me again, reply with "no" (or anything to that effect) and I'll add you to my do-not-contact list permanently. I honour objections immediately (Art. 21).

If you try the tool on this site

Nothing you type or upload on this website is stored. Price lists, enquiries and photos are sent to the AI service (Anthropic) to generate the draft, processed in memory, and dropped. I keep no copies and no logs of their content.

If you become a customer

• Your price list and past quotes are used only to draft your quotes. They are never shared, sold, or used for anyone else's setup.
• They are not used to train any AI model.
• If you stop using FirmPrice, I delete your data on request, completely.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Just reply to any of my emails. If you're unhappy with my answer you can complain to the ICO (UK) or IMY (Sweden).
